Job Description:

For a hi-tech company developing products in the field of communications, with offices in the north

To provide tools, training, collateral and direct support to assist customers on their way to production using ASIC and systems, and provide pre- and post-sales support to customer Marketing, Sales , and Local Support teams, including:

Making technical presentations and recommend solutions for customer requirements; Performing technical assessment at customer sites and prepare documents as per customer specifications; Analyzing customer requirements and providing resolutions accordingly; Supporting sales and marketing by analyzing competitor market and providing solutions to all product offerings; Monitoring customer technical queries and using various technical means to resolve all issues and design various processes to prevent similar issues in the development flow of other customers
