Detailed Job Description:
· Understand 3GPP wireless standards
· Design low-power and low-voltage RF and Analog circuits using advanced deep-submicron CMOS technologies.
· Perform design verification and production support tasks.
· Work closely with digital and software developers to develop an implementation that meets system requirements.
· Research in advanced wireless techniques for highly integrated RFICs.
Skills Required:
•

Experience: 8+ years of analog and/or mixed signal design experience in a semiconductor environment including knowledge and experience in the following: - Solid analog IC circuit design fundamentals - Thorough understanding of all aspects of IC design including layout matching and parasitic requirements, system and test issues, etc. - Transistor-level analog circuit design skills - Lab and silicon validation/debug skills including data acquisition and analysis " Good communication (ver

B.Sc in Electrical Engineering " Hands on experience in mixed-signal IP bring up, validation, characterization and production support " SW programming experience " FPGA programming experience - an advantage Board design & bring up (blocks\chips\systems) - an advantage

Layout Place & Route Engineer for chip top level & macros with at least 5 year.
Experience in submicron process 55nm and below.
Familiar with layout tools such as ICC and physical verifications tools such as Calibre.
Be able to work in parallel with few groups & tasks
