Bachelor s degree in computer science or other relevant education
Full understanding of software engineering best practices and methodologies
At least 3 years experience as a C++ developer
Strong knowledge in Object oriented programming & Design patterns
Experience in Win32 and Multi-Threading programming
Independent worker but also a great team player
Fluent English (verbal and written)
Experience in .NET programming and C# - Advantage
Experience in JAVA programming - Advantage
Experience with DCOM/COM, XML related standards, TCP/IP - Advantage

For our main International development group working on the company core product we are seeking talented developers.
This position will be part of a group that develops the core product and is starting the process of migration from C++ to .NET/C# and Java environments.
Position includes an option to travel to customer locations around the world (once in a quarter on average).
Responsibilities
" Works on programming problems of complex scope involving our core product infrastructure or critical system parts.
" Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.
" Responsible for all programming stages from the design to delivery, under little supervision.
" Involved in pre-programming stages and post-programming stages.
" Analyses support issues coming from customer labs or production sites.
" Responsible for high quality delivery according to Company's standards.
