Bsc in industrial and Management engineering !
· Grades average 80 and above. Grades sheet required.
· 2-3 years of experience in Production control & planning from the Electronic & Silicon Industry only.
· High English level – Reading, writing, speaking.
· 2-3 years Experience in ERP system.
· Strong knowledge in Excel, Access (VBA programming advantage).
· Great human relations skills..

Responsible for running the company supply channel - Silicon Assembly house and Fabs.
· Planning and control Execution of the Subcontractors (ASE, TI, TSMC, ITH).
· Performing daily monitoring (conversations) and periodically (QBR) with Subcontractors, raising red flags and escalations executions.
· Building and planning production and execution monitoring
· Determine execution indexes for Sub contractors.
· Analyzing and improving production process, Capacities planning (ASE, TI) and costs issues.
· Planning and determining Material policies and implementation.
· Maintaining and developing of Data bases with VBA.
· ERP system Requirements definition – Process & Needs analysis and implementation
