Candidates must have experience in integrating complex software projects, cross-team work and project management, and testing and QA, especially writing test plans. Experience with source control systems is an advantage. Candidates should also have a good understanding of communication protocols (TCP/IP), computer hardware (CPU/motherboard architecture), and operating systems. An understanding of storage communication protocols (e.g., SCSI, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, SAS, etc.) and Linux kernel are advantages. Candidates should have C/C++ programming experience (as a system/low-level programmer). Experience with Python is an advantage.
