Electrical Engineer, Software Engineer, Industrial Engineer or other engineering degree (B.Sc Level)
MBA or M.Sc - Advantageous
Minimum 5 years experience managing programs, preferably in a multiple disciplinary environment (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Materials, Operations, Marketing, Sales etc.).
Hands-on experience in PMO positions or PM methodology implementation
Experience in TOC - Advantageous
Excellent communication and management skills, particularly in customer facing context.
Experience with the US and APAC markets - Advantageous
Full English proficiency
Willingness to travel abroad - 20%
