Job Qualification:
2 to 5 year of experience as Team or group lead in a hi-Tech, SW or development dynamic and global work environment. Experience in any quality administration related activities. Ability to lead teams and strong leadership skills in a matrix organization. Result driven professional. Highly organized, detailed oriented, with the ability to take initiative and work independently but also be a good team player.
Ability to adjust and be flexible in the face of uncertainty and to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Strong SW or/and online technical background - mandatory.
Strong presentation skills (Hebrew and English) Experience with customer-facing interactions - mandatory Excellent interpersonal relations Proactive, responsible, independent and self-managed. Job Description:
End to End responsibility for content quality both on the Front End and the Back End. Leading a group of 10-15 Data Managers and Content Specialist on a day to day basis. Content Quality mentor both Inbound within Product Catalog Operation and Outbound for the wider catalog team and various content customers. Responsible for managing large Outsource teams located in EU and India. Responsible for Content support team strategy and day to day guidance. Responsible for Product Catalog Operation metrics definition and ongoing control both with the relevant BUs and the PCO internally. Act as quality gate keeper for any Product Catalog Operation processes and activities. Organize global interdepartmental quality activities to ensure completion of quality deliverables, milestones and action items on schedule and within constraints. Manages quality scope and mitigates risk across projects. Grows long-term relationships with the business units & other teams around the world. Effectively communicates relevant quality project/practice information to superiors and peers in other practices. Possesses a thorough understanding of our service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction.
