B.Sc. degree (or equivalent) in computer sciences from a respected academic institution.
3+ years of industry experience.

Great technical capabilities and the ability to learn new stuff on demand.
Experience in distributed, multi-processed systems: an advantage.
Experience in C#, .net, ASP.net, JavaScript.
Experience in SQL (Oracle, MySql, SQL Server).
Exprience in C++, HTML, VB, Crystal Reports, PHP: an advantage.
