Create and implement a social media marketing plan and manage social media pages and profiles related to talent attraction
•Write compelling recruiting-related content that can be used in email templates and on social media, blogs, and our careers website
•Plan and manage meaningful recruitment campaigns to drive talent attraction and brand awareness

Job Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter for Hi-tech companies.
Proven sourcing skills.
Experience working with Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and more).
Great interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in organizing welfare activities.
Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English).
Strong team player, positive and can-do approach.
Able to follow up and get things done in a fast-moving and changing environment.
Independent and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Creativity and quick learning ability
