We're looking for a highly talented R&D team leader to manage a team of 5-6 experienced full-stack developers & QA, work cross-functionally between departments and set the technical & cultural tone for the team.
Apart from leading a team of highly qualified people you will be able to impact a high-availibility cyber product. We are looking for people who want to innovate as well as manage.
" The ideal candidate combines business and technical acuity together with an innovative approach throughout the entire development life cycle, from planning to successfully releasing products to customers. In this role, you'll work intimately with the product managers, designers, and other stakeholders throughout the entire process.
" Lead a team of 5-6 developers and QA responsible for developing several leading edge cyber products all the way from low level infrastructure to user experience.
" Execute on several projects in parallel ensuring clear communication and timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
" Our products are micro-services based, mainly in python with react/js front end.
" We continuously promote innovation and adoption of new technologies to meet our needs. As the team leader, you will also be responsible for the team's performance and personal development, encouraging information flow. Nurture ownership & accountability, hire, coach, and develop individual contributors in your team and lead by example.
Hands-on - at least 30% of the time.
At least 8 years of hands-on full-stack web development experience - must (preferred: Python/ Java, Angular/ ReactJS)
At least 2-3+ years managing software development teams, growing and mentoring engineers
Experience in developing products throughout their full life cycle - a big advantage

Strong communication skills and excellent team work.
Ability to work in a flexible, agile, environment on a variety of subjects and technologies .
