You are:
People-oriented, fully-independent, strong in all forms of communications, and a natural problem-solver with a very strong technical orientation. Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, multi-task under pressure, and think critically.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Organized, quick to learn, think and execute.

You will:

Manage day-to-day assignments - allocate Integration and support engineers for all projects and POC's.

Plan and schedule team meetings for reviewing progress and issues.

Oversees and supervises escalations from the Support team to R&D and scheduling on-call engineer for escalations.

In some cases provide hands-on integration support.

Act as the main pivot between the Delivery, R&D, and Product. teams for assisting and resolve issues while coordinating with the relevant departments.

Lead technical events and act as the technical authority.

Approve releases of product versions - including application and documentation testing.

Provide technical mentoring to local and global integration teams - determine adequate skill and performance enhancement programs to keep the team technically updated.

Lead the technical side of project/ POC Kick-off meetings and oversees product implementation.

Recruitment of new team members for the Integration team.

Job Qualifications:

Experience of at least 3 years in managing integration/support teams.

You have an electronics practical engineer degree, B.Sc. in Electronics/ SW-advantage.

Experience with Linux.

Experience in multidisciplinary systems integration.

Experience in implementing changes in the production line.

Experience in electrical documentation reading.

You are fluent in English.
