Job Description:

Lead the regional Learning & development team
Be part of the Global Talent and Organizational Development team
Org & Talent Strategy
Partner with HRBP Leader to design and facilitate execution of the business unit's future looking organizational strategy
Design and develop organizational frameworks and models to address organizational challenges and build up organizational capabilities
Partner in designing & managing macro & micro org effectiveness initiatives as well as organizational changes and change management initiatives
Culture & Engagement
Design and implement employee engagement strategies & programs
Design interventions to strengthen the org culture and set behavioral expectations
Develop, design and delivery of high performing team interventions: Leading management staff development, team development (interfaces, partnerships, formation, R&R, Vision Mission)
Consult & coach business leaders and HR professionals
Talent Management
" Management of talent development programs (performance management, organizational health survey, succession planning & grooming)
Learning & Development
Overarching management of the learning and development team from needs assessment program design, content development to all operational aspects of delivery including budget & vendor management, learning & development marketing etc

Job Qualifications:

Experience working in complex organizations (matrix, cross cultural, cross geographical) Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and positively influence teams.
Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred, MBA is a plus
