Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced, LEADER to lead our global teams of solutions architects and sales engineers
Directly manage a team of solution architects and sales engineers at HQ, as well as working with regional solution teams in a matrix.
Design reference solutions for vertical markets such as Enterprises, Government & Military, Education markets and more.
Closely working with product management, business development, marketing and R&D teams to design and market leading solutions.
Meeting customers and partners to understand their needs and promote company sales.

Job Qualifications:

B.Sc. degree in Electrical Eng./ Computer Sciences, or BA in Exact Sciences. MBA - advantage.
Excellent managerial skills, with at least 5 years of experience in leading E2E solution development / sales engineering / presales or technical business development teams in hi-tech companies, and directly support a business of at least $50M revenues/year. - Mandatory.
At least 5 years of experience as a sales engineer/ business development manager / product manager, supporting generation of $20M+ in revenues in a high-tech company.
Technical background in signal management & processing, cloud platforms and communication/AV/signal processing hardware
Spanish/French - an advantage
