What is the job:
The network expert team is part of the customer services group, as a network expert you will act as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and onboarding team for technical network issues.
Assist in incident response and support customers during network events and attacks.
Work with network architects, engineering, and R&D on infrastructure improvements.
Actively monitor, react, and troubleshoot system events and alerts.
Investigate and resolve network-related issues.
The position requires on-call duties.
Job Qualifications:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and troubleshooting complex TCP/IP technologies and experience in Technical Support roles.
Must have experience with strong routing and switching concepts – CCNP advantage
Must have experience with Cisco/Juniper routing and switching
Must have experience with routing protocols, BGP - a must
Knowledge of HTTP/s protocol, load balancer, and operating systems (Linux) – must
Good communication skills and experience working with customers – a must
Knowledge of security appliances (such as firewalls) and experience with Radware security and ADC products – a significant advantage
Experience with scripting languages such as Python – advantage
Ability to collaborate, sync, and manage processes with other teams to achieve incident resolution
Multitasking and working under pressure
Familiarity with Radware services and products – An advantage
Fluent English
