we looking for
" Perform system engineering projects that have a substantial mix of electrical, opto-mechanical, algorithm and software design, and understand the underlying system implications
" Design highly complex systems and define system & modules requirements
" Lead multidisciplinary subsystem R&D
" Perform complex experiments to understand system limitations
" Troubleshoot and provide imaginative, thorough and practical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
" Multidisciplinary development of Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) system including work with optics, algorithms, mechanics, electronics and SW.
" Technical leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, providing specs for HW and SW requirements, designing new solutions on the developed systems and inventing new modules and operational modes.
" Troubleshoot and root cause customer challenges through advanced analytics and delivery of fast solutions.
" BSc in Physics / Electrical eng. and 5+ years of multidisciplinary systems R&D experience
" MSc in Physics / Electrical eng. and 3+ years of multidisciplinary systems R&D experience preferred
" Firm background in electro-optics, control theory and image processing
" Solid knowledge of Matlab / Python
" General knowledge of software development concepts
" Knowledge of semiconductors process - advantage
" Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
" Complex system comprehension; Detail orientated
" Ability to lead other people; ability to act as mentor
" Strong English oral and written communication skills
