Job Description:

For a hi-tech company developing products in the field of digital communications, with offices in the center

To define and implement internal quality processes and procedures; Support the R&D, engineering and operations teams in conforming with ISO specifications (9001, 16949, Automotive SPICE); Lead and support continuous improvement processes (failure analysis, 8D, etc.) with internal teams; Define and implement KPIs for the internal teams; Define and execute internal and external quality audits; Analyze quality trends (customers satisfaction, customers complaints, CoPQ [Cost of Poor Quality]); Prepare APQPs and PPAPs for company's products; Lead internal quality forums (management reviews, MRBs, RMAs, CCBs)


Quality Assurance

Job Qualifications:

Practical Engineer in Electrical / Industrial Engineering; B.Sc - an advantage

At least 5 years experience as a quality engineer in an electro-mechanic hi-tech industry; experience in the automotive industry - an advantage

Demonstrated, in-depth knowledge of international standards: ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016, Automotive SPICE (or equivalent: ISO13485 , AS9100D, CMMI)

Knowledge of and competence in IPC610, IPC620

Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment

Proficient English
