Job Description:
In this position, you will be a key member of the product System and Architecture team responsible for delivering best-in-class storage drive for mobile, automotive, and connected-home products.
You will work closely with several R&D teams within ASIC, Hardware, and Firmware, and have substantial impact on the Frontend Architecture of the company's next generation products.
Responsibilities
" Multidisciplinary work with all teams in a matrix management structure
" Design and implement requirements for complex systems and subsystems
" Determine specs and working parameters for ASIC / FW compatibility
" Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of the overall system
" Identify and resolve product deficiencies
" Analyze new technologies, and drive of design decisions based on both empirical and theoretical data
Job Qualifications:
" B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical / Computer Engineering
" 7+ years of experience in development of embedded systems
" 5+ years of experience working with high-speed SerDes circuits
" Hands-on experience in Firmware - advantage
" Experience in ASIC design - advantage
" Self-motivated and self-directed
" Ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
" Work effectively as a team member, both locally and across the organization
" Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems
" Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
" Ability to travel
