Job Qualifications:
Education/Training:
-Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering
-Strong preference for Masters degree or experience in lieu of.
Business Experience:
-Requires 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience in senior management positions
-Experience in development of large scale cloud base SAAS products
-Experience in the technological areas such as supportability (logging, monitoring..), micro services architecture, high performance systems
-Experience in leading engineering teams responsible for enterprise scale software in a regulated environment
-Experience in working in corporate environment / culture - must
-Knowledge of healthcare environment is desirable
-Experience in integrations with enterprise systems such as identity management, centralized logging and monitoring
-Proven experience of utilizing DevOps practices including continuous integration and delivery
Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
-Exceptional inter-personal, coaching and motivating skills
-Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
-Strong planning, decision making, judgment and organizational skills
-Ability to multi task and manage multiple priorities.
-Excellent verbal and written communications, effective presentation skills (In English) -Solid understanding of budgets, forecasting and planning
-Collaborate, influence and communicate with internal/external customers and/or business colleagues
-Experience with regulatory and cybersecurity requirements for medical device development is desirable
-Strong understanding of Cyber Security
-Excellent understanding of coding best practices, Agile development, and a strong passion for software development.
-Experience with server side technologies: NodeJS, APIs creation.
-Experience with client side technologies: React, JavaScript, HTML5.
