Job Description:
For a startup developing a security-related system, with offices in the Center
Ownership of all SW development aspects in an Innovative environment combining Algorithms, SW and HW.
Manage an awesome team of multidisciplinary engineers in an agile environment.
Deliver high quality SW, efficiently and systematically.
Be instrumental in defining architecture of next generation products.
Build and maintain SW development methodology - Code reviews, testing development, etc.
Collaborate with department management, Scrum masters, team members, SQA and field operations.
Participate in selection of tools, technology platforms, technical evaluation of 3rd party vendor products.
Innovate and integrate new processes and/or technology to significantly add value
Job Qualifications:
B.Sc in computer science, SW Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience as a SW Team Leader.
Deep expertise with at least one of the following - Node, Python.
Experience working with Cloud technologies: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless, etc.
Able to mentor teams in multiple disciplines (angular/node, Python, Cloud).
Hands on work in defining system architecture.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary high-tech company.
Deep understanding of data flow (e.g. from camera to cloud).
Work experience both in a large mature company and in a startup - Advantage.
Experience working in companies with Machine Learning / Computer Vision technologies- Advantage.
Proactive and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fast paced deliveries and changing requirements.
