Job Description:


Roles & Responsibilities:
" Define the ATE concept and strategy.
" Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers in different production sites around the world.
" Lead the development process of all ATEs from requirements to Mass production.
" Operate ATE sub-constructors and EMS/ODM partners in terms of ATE.
" Manage and control all ATE projects in terms of budget, timetables, and resources.
" Collaborate closely with HW, ME, and SW teams during qualification testing, NPI, and Mass production stages.
" Manage, support, and improve ongoing production test sequences and test stations in mass production sites for engineering deviations, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction.
" Responsibility for ATE team KPIs & performance.

Job Qualifications:

" B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering
" Five years of proven experience as Team Manager of Testing or ATE teams in consumer/automotive/telecom/IoT or smart devices industry.
" Five years of proven experience in System Integration / System Validation / Testing (HW/SW).
" Knowledge in RF Testing equipment, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, etc.
" Knowledge in Qualcomm chipsets environment - a very strong advantage.
" Knowledge in automation and robotics environment - a very strong advantage.
" Knowledge in mechanical engineering.
" Proven experience in project management.
" Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet target dates.
" Ability to analyze technical issues, such as system functionality, root-cause of product issues regardless of source (HW, SW, System).
" Writing work procedure, debug procedure, testing instructions for Qualification
" Very good English skills - is a must. Russian or Ukrainian is a strong advantage.
