Job Description:
For a hi-tech company developing visual sensing technology, with offices in the center .
We are looking for a Test Engineer for the development of semiconductor products.
You will become part of an existing team of test engineers who is responsible for the development of semiconductor products with respect to DFT (Design For Test), test program development, reliability and characterization. The role involves cooperation with various design departments, manufacturing teams, subcontractors as well as external customers.
Job Qualifications:
B.Sc/M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from a leading university
Experience in electrical engineering with both hardware and software
Proven knowledge of IC test engineering and test program development
>5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
Experience with scripting tools such as Perl, Phyton, JMP
Experience with J750 / UltraFlex ATE is an advantage
Strong background of CMOS devices quality and reliability design, execution, and failure analysis is an advantage.
