Job Description:
" Develop and support ATE test stations and fixtures.
" Create test plans and test sequences for testing new products.
" Collaborate closely with R&D teams during automation station (ATE) design, development and bring-up to understand ATE performance and test metrics with the goal of transitioning to a factory environment.
" Support and improve ongoing production test sequences or scripts for engineering deviations, yield improvement and cycle time reduction.
" Responsibility for ATE features testing starting from integration till end-to-end functional testing.
Job Qualifications:
" B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering / Practical Electrical Engineer or equivalent.
" 5 years of experience in ATE developing - mandatory.
" Deep knowledge in testing equipment, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Scope, etc.
" Hands-on experience working in a lab environment.
" Ability to analyze technical issues, such as system functionality, root-cause of product issues regardless of source (HW, SW or System).
" Writing work procedure, debug procedure, testing instructions for ATE stations up to board/system level and other necessary documents.
" Good English skills: speaking, writing, and reading.
" Experience in DFT / design field.
" Programming skills: Python - advantage.
