Job Description:
For a hi-tech company developing hardware components for communication devices, with offices in the center
To be responsible for designing and specifying new architectures / algorithms for the physical layer of our 5G wireless products (3GPP NR/LTE Rel15 and beyond), working closely with our Software, ASIC and Integration teams, including:
Monitoring 3GPP NR/LTE standards and translate them to algorithm feature requirements; Specifying the architecture and software-hardware breakdown for 5G physical layer procedures; Designing new algorithms / defining new architectures for future products related to 5G/NR/LTE; Implementing and validating the methods utilized in the DSP team's baseband simulator; Producing and updating design / performance documents in parallel to the development process; Supporting our ASIC team for Verilog/VHDL implementation
Job Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in development of wireless communication PHY layer Algorithms
Proven experience in algorithm development for LTE/NR
Fast learning capabilities, highly motivated, self-starter, autonomous
Ability to work in a fast moving and multicultural environment
Excellent written and oral communications skills, fluent English
