Job Description:
Manage a team of up to 15 developers.
Managing a group of multiple teams (at least 10 developers)
Leading the design and implementation of innovating Network access products.
Managing the delivery of SW development releases.
Lead the analysis and resolution of Customer challenges
Job Qualifications:
" B.Sc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering/EE/other relevant field or equivalent work experience
" 5+ years of R&D experience in leading group
" Experience with C\C++ programing.
" Knowledge in Ethernet protocols and Networking.
" Experience in Linux operating system
" Working on embedded systems.
" Self-learner& motivated Team leader
" System view
" Strong communication, interpersonal & managerial skills
" Team player
