Job Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of Product Managers in designing and implementing the end-to-end installation process for Varonis SaaS products, with a focus on simplicity, efficiency, and scalability.
2. Provide strategic direction and vision for the onboarding experience, ensuring that it aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to define product requirements and prioritize features.
4. Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to Product Managers on their work, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
5. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the installation and onboarding workflows through user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
6. Act as a point of escalation for complex issues related to SaaS installation and onboarding, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers as needed.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape, and leverage this knowledge to drive product strategy and innovation.
Requirements:
1. Engineering/technical degree or equivalent technical experience.
2. Proven experience (2 years) as a Product Manager or similar role in the SaaS industry, with experience leading teams and managing product development cycles.
3. Strong technical background with knowledge of cloud computing, software deployment methodologies, and SaaS architectures.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive collaboration, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and using metrics to drive product improvements.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
