Team leader of an embedded team located in Israel and Bulgaria.
Responsibility:
1. Planning and managing development plans in accordance with requirements and schedules.
2. Professional management and development of the team in Israel and Bulgaria
3. Planning the solutions architecture with the team
4. Responsibility for documentation.
5. Improving work processes.
6. Assimilation of new technologies.
7. Collaboration in defining and characterizing products with a product manager.
8. Collaboration with the hardware team regarding components selection and firmware requirements
Job Qualifications:
Electrical Engineer
Experience in team management
Proven knowledge in C/C++ development
Experience working with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers
Experience in working on multidisciplinary products combining software and hardware
Experience working with and without an operating system
Good writing and verbal communication skills in English
