The ideal candidate would be an experienced Lead fullstack Software Engineer, who managed small to medium teams and eager to take part in the development of our Contact Center as a Service product. We are looking for a long-term relationship with a highly motivated leader, who is passionate to investigate, learn and implement new technologies, as well as be happy to think out-of-the-box going beyond the immediate job description to help out where needed.

Responsibilities:
o Lead a team of Software Engineers in developing frontend and backend components as part of the product
o Lead the development of brand-new, innovative Software Product
o Analyze Business requirements and provide effort estimations
o Design and implement flexible, scalable, and resilient Software Product according to up-to-date best practices
o Design and implement efficient deployment strategies in cooperation with DevOps team

Job Qualifications:
Requirements:
o B.Sc. Computer Science (or equivalent) from a known university or relevant military experience
o Experience as a fullstack software developer: 5+ years
o Experience as a Team Leader: 2+ years
o Experience with Angular : 2+ years
o Experience with HTML, CSS, JQUERY, Javascript
o Experience with JSON, REST APIs, and Websockets
o Experience with PHP: 1+ years
o Experience with advanced DB capabilities (MySQL, Postgress): 1+ years
