Job Description:
Overall responsibility for the integration and validation organization. Building the organization, defining the proper methodologies, staffing the team, representing the capabilities and expertise in the group, tools, and environments required and build these in the team.
Job Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Electrical engineering.
- Experince in system validation HW, SW, RF , Signal Processing, Product release flow, SW debug, Validation methodologies.
- Independent and self-motivated, capable of executing in an uncertain environment.
- Leadership and ability to drive forward activities in a matrix organization.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
