Job Description:
Hands on IT Manager . The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, with particular emphasis on Linux, GridEngine, PCS, Xen, KVM, Networking, VPN, Grid, HPC, and Remote install. This individual will oversee a team of IT professionals to ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and support the organizational objectives.

Job Qualifications:
1.Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Proven experience in IT management, with a strong focus on Linux, GridEngine, PCS, Xen, KVM, Networking, VPN, Grid, HPC, and Remote install.
3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent understanding of IT systems, security, and network management.
5. Knowledge of data center management and data governance.
6. Proficiency in project management and time management.
7. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, and to delegate effectively.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. IT certifications in Linux, GridEngine, PCS, Xen, KVM, Networking, VPN, Grid, HPC, or similar will be considered an advantage.
