Job Description
Lead Q physics team, recruit and maintain talent
Take part and lead Q sensor development
Work with peers define physics team research area and tasks to define Q product development needs
Guide and hands on designing and building experimental setups and methods for measuring physical aspects and system performance. Analyzing, interpreting, and reporting results to support system integration.
Define Q sensor specifications in accordance to physics outcomes
Set the method and oversee the compiling of technical docs and conclusions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and leaders across the company
Job Qualifications:
Qualification
At least 3 years in leading physics team developing multi-disciplinary product
At least 5 years as a lead physicist
Proven experience in developing and delivering optical product
Hands on experience with optical systems design
Hands on experience with emitters – advantage
Experience with simulation tools, Python, P-Spice or MATLAB – must
Working knowledge with imaging systems design (CMOS, optical params, …) – advantage
Deploying multi-disciplinary products to mass production – Adv.
Outstanding team player and communicator.

PhD Physics – Mandatory
