Job Description:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented professionals specializing in Windows internals and security technologies.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of security projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are completed within established timelines.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in Windows internal mechanisms, security protocols, and product development.
Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
Security Product Development: Drive the development and enhancement of security products tailored for Windows platforms, addressing current and emerging threats.
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of security solutions developed by the team.

Job Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience in leading teams focused on Windows internals and security product development.
In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, security protocols, and vulnerabilities.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex security projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with industry-standard security frameworks and compliance requirements.
