We are looking for an experienced System Engineer who will play a critical role in defining, monitoring, and designing electro-optics and communication subsystems. In this position, you will define, design and collaborate closely with contractors and manufacturers to ensure the successful development of high-quality hardware components for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
" Subsystem Definition: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define the requirements and specifications for electro-mechanics subsystems in our products.
" Vendor Selection: Identify and evaluate potential contractors and manufacturers for audio and Bluetooth hardware components, considering factors such as performance, cost, quality, and capacity.
" Contractor Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with external contractors and oversee their work to ensure it aligns with project goals and quality standards.
" Design and Development: Lead the design and development of hardware subsystems, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and prototyping.
" Testing and Validation: Develop and implement testing procedures and protocols to ensure the performance, reliability, and quality assurance.
" Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve hardware-related issues and challenges that may arise during development and manufacturing.
" Cost Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while meeting performance requirements.
" Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of design specifications, test results, and project progress.
" Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the audio and Bluetooth hardware subsystems comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
" Technology Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in audio and Bluetooth technology to recommend and implement improvements in our products.

Job Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and signal processing.
- Proficiency in hardware design tools and software (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence, etc.).
- Experience in designing audio and Bluetooth hardware subsystems for consumer electronics or similar products- Advantage.
- Familiarity with Bluetooth protocols and audio codec technologies - advantage
- Experience in working with external contractors and manufacturers.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with wireless communication protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, Zigbee, etc.).
- Knowledge of audio algorithms and acoustic design principles - advantage
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and certifications
