Job Description:
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of AI defense
projects and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure their
requirements are met. This role requires a strong understanding of defense industry
dynamics, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build and maintain
relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
? Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI defense projects, ensuring
adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
? Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with
internal teams and clients.
? Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
strategies to achieve project goals efficiently.
? Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement
mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
? Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data
scientists, and subject matter experts, to ensure seamless collaboration
and alignment with project objectives.
Client Engagement
? Cultivate strong relationships with key clients in the defense sector,
understanding their unique needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
? Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates
on project status, addressing inquiries, and soliciting feedback to enhance
client satisfaction.
? Collaborate with clients to identify new opportunities for AI-driven
solutions that address emerging defense challenges or requirements.
? Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and workshops with clients to
gather requirements, discuss project progress, and showcase deliverables.
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business
Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the defense industry or AI
technology sector.
* Strong understanding of AI technologies, defense systems, and military
operations.
