Responsibility for an end-to-end mechanical and opto-mechanical design
Develop mechanical packaging concepts
Work with cross-functional teams (Electro-Optics, Electronics, and System Architecture) to achieve product performance, schedule, cost, reliability, and quality targets
Job Qualifications:
B. Sc. or higher degree in mechanical engineering
5+ years mechanical design experience
Experienced with multidisciplinary systems design
Significant understanding of opto-mechanical engineering principles including mechanical precision mechanisms, manufacturing methods, testing, and assembly.
Thrives working in a dynamic environment with new problems, fast paced projects where out-of-the-box thinking is required
A team player, able to work in large, multi-disciplinary teams, with strong interpersonal communication skills
