Job Description:
Serve as a bridge between product vision and R&D, translating requirements into detailed, actionable tasks.
Collaborate closely with R&D teams, ensuring clarity and feasibility of requirements.
Sync and ensure information flow in a multi-disciplinary environment encompassing: System, HW, FW, SW, Mechanical Engineering, Data and ML teams.
Provide continuous, detailed updates to upper management on status and milestones.
Work on tradeoff solutions together with the R&D and the Product teams.
Navigate the complexities of product development and management, ensuring that every phase of the program aligns with the company's strategic objectives and vision.
Job Qualifications:
Proven experience in product management within a tech environment.
Strong understanding of both hardware (HW) and software (SW) development processes.
Background in Audio, AI, ML, and Optical systems is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
Background in companies specializing in systems or subsystems development.
Prior experience as a System Engineer, HW Engineer or Software Engineer is an advantage.
Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
