Job Description:
The role consists of:
· Leading a team for the development of an Embedded system in C++ in a Linux and Windows environment from end to end in HO integration
Engaging in all phases of software development: characterization and involvement in system engineering, requirements definition and management, interfaces, software design, implementation, proof and integration in software/hardware integrated systems and other disciplines
· Challenging work while learning and implementing new technologies for future projects
Job Qualifications:
· B.Sc in computer science/software engineering/computer engineering/electrical engineering - mandatory
· +6 years of experience in developing embedded systems in C++ (11/14/17 - an advantage) in a Linux environment
· Practical experience of at least 3 years in leading/managing a development team and motivating employees
· Experience in leading several projects at the same time
· Systemic vision, the ability to solve engineering problems and present them at work in a changing environment using project assets and Open Source
· Experience with ALM tools (Git, Azure DevOps) for development management (configuration management, tasks, requirements, faults and tests)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
· High self-learning ability, assimilation of and understanding of existing Legacy code and quick entry into new topics
