Job Description:
Systemic leadership and a central part in the development of intelligence systems in a research institute
Matrix leadership of the development and testing teams
Leading the software architecture of the system
Development management and responsibility for planning and compliance with the work plans
Technical management of the tasks of the various development teams
Management of internal and external interfaces including customers and stakeholders for the production of characterization documents
Professional and engineering responsibility in several projects at the research institute
Job Qualifications:
B.Sc in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering Other relevant degree
3+ years of experience in developing distributed systems in an open microservices architecture (Microservices) over public or private cloud infrastructures
Experience in developing and running software in a container environment (Kubernetes, Docker) - an advantage
3+ practical experience in Server & Client Side development (Full Stack) including Web applications and relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
3+ years of experience in defining and leading the architecture of distributed systems in an open service architecture
3+ experience in professional leadership in the worlds of software development and the ability to motivate employees
3+ experience in leading development teams in Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Experience with ALM tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) for development management (configuration management, tasks, requirements, faults and tests)
Ability to work closely with customers while understanding the management strategy
Ability to work in front of several groups in several different sites
