Job Description:
" Leading the product research and discovery process to understand customer needs and requirements
" Creating user experience requirements for product development, cover all aspects of design production, including presentations, to take projects from concept to completion.
" Become a system expert and leverage that knowledge to understand business processes as they relate to system design
" Use research and testing to both inform and validate design decisions and focus on constant improvement
" Providing team leadership for UX\UI team members

Job Qualifications:
" Minimum 7 years working in user experience in a software development/product company environment.
" 3+ years of leading design teams
" Bachelors Degree in Design, User Experience or related field.
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills
" Excellent Technical understanding
" Ability to collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers.
" In-depth knowledge of current user experience and design methodologies and tools
" Experience with Usability Testing and User Research
" A desire to work in a multitasking, fast-paced environment and to collaborate as a member of the product management team
