Job Description:
" Overall responsibility for System related Validation activities
" Lead team members towards achieving high quality and stable product.
" System complex multidiscipline problem solving
" Analize, Identify, debug and troubleshoot hardware defects and root cause system level issues.
" Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
" Define solutions and push design teams towards proper implementation.
" Define complex Test plans.
" Define and drive various types of tests, including functional, performance, stress, Security and compatibility testing.
" Design and develop test plans and strategies for hardware and system validation.
" Define test routine for system and HW testing. Review test design and lead implementation.
" Ensure test hardware quality by monitoring KPI trends, Test matrices and yields records.
" Collaborate with hardware design engineers to understand product specifications and requirements.
" Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure the successful transfer of tested designs to production.
" Comprehend and apply standards that improve performance and testing.
" Define and drive regression testing to verify the impact of hardware changes on existing functionality.
" Participate in design reviews and provide input to improve the testability of hardware products.
" Guide Project teams on Validation activities and documentation per the defined procedures.

" BSc Graduate in Electrical engineering
" HW / System background with >8 years of proven experience
" Leader in soul
" LAB background and Test equipment experience
" High speed signals experience (PCIe / Serdes)
" Independence and self-driven
" Team player and highly motivated
" Hands on experience with complex systems and HW platforms
" Experience with hardware debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
" Experience with Linux system environment.
" Advantage - HW design experience.
" Advantage - SW capability, Python programing
