Job Description:
Develop and execute the R&D strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
o Manage the R&D team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
o Drive innovation in the autonomous vehicle industry by identifying and developing new technologies.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and commercialization of new products and services.
o Manage the R&D budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
o Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Strong technical background and expertise in relevant technologies and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving organizational growth and success.
