QA Operations Manager

Job Description:

Conduct comprehensive testing across our web CMS, Android apps, hardware integrations, and more, ensuring all components meet our high standards of quality.
Develop and implement detailed test cases, plans, and scripts to cover various domains effectively.
Utilize Elasticsearch to monitor system logs and swiftly troubleshoot any arising issues.
Generate software licenses and provide tier-3 support for escalated cases, primarily for the US market..
Debug and resolve issues with hardware components, including projectors and speakers, ensuring optimal functionality.
Collaborate closely with the development, operations, support, and production teams to foster a seamless workflow.
Continually enhance our testing, deployment, and monitoring practices to elevate product quality and efficiency.
Oversee backoffice management tasks, such as quality control on the assembly line, bundle/package creation, and operations like organization creation and activation key assignments.

Job Qualifications:

Proven experience of 3 years in QA engineering, preferably with web and Android platforms, as well as hardware embedded systems.
? Familiarity with Kotlin and experience in hardware debugging are highly desirable.
Proficient in using Elasticsearch for log monitoring and issue diagnosis.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with multiple teams.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement in QA practices and procedures.
