Job Description:
Overall management of the company's business and sales activities
Management and development the set of agents, training and harnessing the effort in order to increase sales in the target territories .
Work with direct customers . Locating new customers, identifying needs/challenges and adapting solutions
Ability and experience in preparing a business plan to increase sales/penetration to new customers and meeting the goals set by the company's CEO.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years proven experience of international sales management (experience in Asia is mandatory)
- Good knowledge of the semiconductor market - mandatory
- Experience in capital equipment - an advantage
- Bachelors degree in engineering an advantage
- Masters degree MBA - an advantage
- Independent, responsible, big head, initiator
- . High technical background and/or understanding - mechanical engineering is an advantage
- A network of potential customers - an advantage
