We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Product Manager to join our team. As a Data Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our data products, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the overall success of our business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation.
Responsibilities:
" Define and lead the development and maintenance of detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs). Clearly articulate the scope, features, and specifications of new and existing products.
" Dive into granular technical details, working closely with data engineers and data scientists to understand and articulate intricate aspects of data architecture, data modeling, and technology stacks involved in the development and maintenance of data products.
" Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, ensuring that all team members have a clear understanding of the data product's architecture, algorithms, and integrations.
" Use data-driven insights to analyze product performance and make informed decisions for future iterations.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure a shared understanding of product requirements and timelines.
" Prioritize features and enhancements based on business objectives, market trends, and customer feedback.
" Oversee the entire product development process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the defined PRDs.
" Continuously monitor and update the product development roadmap, adapting to changes in business priorities and market conditions.

Job Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience as a Data Product Manager or similar position, with a focus on creating comprehensive and technical PRDs and managing product development roadmaps. Analytics and data products - an advantage.
" Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development and engineering principles.
" Strong understanding of data technologies, analytics, and machine learning concepts.
" Fluent English and Excellent communication
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
" Experience working with cross-functional teams and Agile methodologies.
" Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
" Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
" Quick and independent learner with a proven ability to rapidly acquire new knowledge and skills.
" Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field, tech/data-related field a significant advantage
