Proven experience and track record in marketing, with an emphasis on strategic marketing, customer-facing interaction, marketing innovation, implementation, and analytics.
- At least 5 years of experience within a marketing type role (B2C marketing is a plus)
- Experience with multi-channel campaigns including social, paid, email, direct mail, and text, as well as marketing automation.
- Understanding of online marketing to supplement direct to consumer engagement strategy (SEM, social media, retargeting, display advertising).
- Strong analytical skills; ability to define, track and measure outcomes.
- Highly organized; can prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- People person - great internal communication skills, can work with both technical and non technical people.
- English - Native English or highly fluent written and spoken English
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in marketing preferred
- Willingness and dedication to work in irregular hours & under significant pressure
