Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a critical role in leading cross-functional initiatives within our Technology & Products organizations, responsible for seeing programs through from beginning to end, ensuring a better workflow and more effective communication. They work closely with executives, Product Managers, and key company stakeholders to drive critical programs and activities across the company. The ideal candidate thinks strategically, operates effectively, drives key initiatives, and leads by example.

•Oversee delivery process, by helping the Scrum Masters to increase velocity and predictability: mentor and coach R&D leaders, Scrum masters, Feature's owners. Ensuring a clear definition of what success looks like for each project, and drive KPI tracking for:
•Planned vs actual / Velocity.
•Build delivery plans based on the Product Requirements: work with cross-functional team leadership to establish goals and milestones that align with our design requirements and team dependencies.
•Lead Steering Committee meetings with key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues. •Drive alignment across all stakeholders to increase team velocity and better execution on the roadmap.
•Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on project goals.
•5+ years of experience in enterprise / SaaS program management in dynamic environments.
•Strong technical background. You are intimately familiar with modern software development practices used to build and deploy software. Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
•Strong customer and stakeholder empathy. You must be not only the voice of the customer, but at various times the voice of product, marketing, finance, development, support.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of technical and non-technical staff.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and problem resolution in a cross-functional team.
•Strong prioritization, organization, and diplomacy skills, as well as a strong backbone.
•Able to communicate status, issues, and risks clearly, concisely, and regularly to project stakeholders.
•Able to function effectively and consistently when faced with frequently changing and sometimes ambiguous goals.
•Fluent Hebrew and English – oral and written.
