Job Description:

- Own the full sales cycle from qualifying leads via building relationships to negotiation and contracting
- Oversee day-to-day operations, measuring success and constantly improving through performance based on SaaS industry metrics
- Recruit, Train, and Coach new team members
- Focus on team professional growth through learning and development initiatives including; formal training, daily coaching, and mentoring
- Promote a positive, engaged, and energetic environment for the team to encourage high productivity while maintaining a positive work experience

Job Qualifications:

- 3+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company; Ideally experience doing so for technology products in Marketing or Advertising space
- 1+ years of sales/SDR team management experience
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to North America and/or Europe
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
- Analytical, proactive hungry and humble
- Willingness to lead by example, hands-on approach
- Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently
- BA or BS degree
