Job Description:

Assume full ownership of the global IT organization in the company.
Manage and mentor the IT Helpdesk team.
Lead the support efforts and ensure IT services run smoothly and effectively by creating and maintaining SLAs, end-user training, technical documentation, and end-user knowledge base.
Responsible for the IT Infrastructure contracts and vendors, planning and managing IT procurement and annual budget.
Oversee compliance globally in terms of IT, devising and establishing IT policies.
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and equipment.
Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.

Job Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working in managing IT teams
Experience at a global company - an advantage
Experienced with Google Workspace, JumpCloud, EDR solutions
Proficiency with Mac and Windows operating systems, both hardware and software
Strong understanding of network & security concepts
Problem-solving skills in a complex technical environment
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Independent with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
Fluent spoken and written English
