We are a promising start-up company in the center of Tel-Aviv, we develop communication systems with more than 50M downloads on app store. We have millions of active users on our products and we're growing even more!
We are looking for a Back End Team Lead!
Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of day-to-day development aspects while managing your team, recruiting new team members, improving the development velocity and mentoring the team. You will be in charge of building the workplan and enforcing its execution.
You will be involved in architecture decisions, development and testing aspects
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1\2 years as a Backend Team Lead\ Tech lead- Must!
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks (e.g. Express, Koa)
- Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
