Job Description:

Lead complex business and systems analysis work across the company to optimize business system processes.
Document and develop detailed diagrams of current state business problem, user stories and requirements as it relates to the overall solution, as well as the supporting applications and interfaces, identify gaps, and discover new opportunities for automation.
Translate functional business problems into technical requirements and well-architected end-to-end solutions that align with industry best practices and support business goals.
End-to-end management of IT projects - Act as activity/project manager of enhancements and required upgrades including design, configuration, progress status, and monitoring through the development lifecycle.
Create and present proposed solution designs clearly via diagrams, presentations, and verbally to business stakeholders.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, solution proposal presentations, feature demonstrations, and support end-user acceptance testing sessions with Key users.
Propose solutions that optimize Salesforce and other Go-to-market applications' performance.
Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, analysing and understanding business requirements, business processes, functional requirements, cross-functional needs, and system capabilities.
Matrix management of resources such as IT cross functions, external vendors, and other resources within the company.
Collaborate with colleagues as a technical mentor, sharing technical information, knowledge, and expertise.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, information science, management information systems (or equivalent field).
7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, project manager, or program manager of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions – a must
Good understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders.
High level of project management skills – a must
Customer-centric with an ability to understand customer needs.
Capable of relaying technical information to Business Stakeholders and business information to technical teams.
Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders.
Ability to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - a must
Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly and efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools.
