Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated QA Team Leader to lead our quality assurance efforts and manage a team of QA engineers.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, including task management, performance reviews, and professional development.

Define and implement QA processes, methodologies, and best practices across projects.

Collaborate closely with development teams, and system analysts to ensure clear understanding of requirements and high test coverage.

Review and analyze system specifications, define test strategies.

Track and report QA metrics (e.g., defect rates, test coverage, release readiness) to stakeholders.

Ensure quality standards are maintained across all software releases, with a strong focus on functionality, performance, and security - particularly in the commercial/trading domain.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA tools, frameworks, and workflows.

Job Qualifications:

3+ years of proven experience as a QA Team Leader or in a similar managerial role.

4+ years of overall experience in software quality assurance and testing.

Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.

Strong technical background, with experience in technologies such as Angular and .NET Core.

Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with testing applications in the commercial/trading domain - an advantage.
